Custom Programs in Action

ESG Latam Program

Over a six-week period, more than 125 executives from across Latin America came together in a program designed to combine technical knowlege, practical application and regional collaboration. The experience was structured to go beyond informing participants, creating instead a transformational journey that connected expertise with real-world practice.

Guest speakers from leading companies illustrated how climate targets, social inclusion, financial innovation and transparency can move from vision to execution. Their insights showed ESG not as a set of abstract principles, but as concrete strategies embedded in daily operations and aligned with sustainable business practices.

Whad made the program especially valuable was the community it fostered. Participants continue to exchange opportunities, share research and open new spaces for dialogue on emerging ESG paractices across Latin America. Co-led by the Competence Center for Social Innovation and the Insitution of Management in Latin America at the University of St.Gallen, the program laid the foundation for a lasting regional ecosystem committed to sustainable transformation.

CMS Executive Program

The CMS Executive Program "Shaping the ESG Future of Business" brings together legal professionals from across Europe in a series of modules, each dedicated to a key ESG topic. Participants strenghten their ability to guide businesses through the complexitites of embedding sustainability into strategy and operations. Each module combines expert insights, peer exchange and applied learning, creating a learning experience that is inspiring and practice-oriented.

Now in its third year, the program reflects a strong and trusted partnership between CMS and CSI-HSG. We are proud to support CMS in developping the leadership and innovation capacity of its legal professionals and shaping the future readiness.
