Mission-based Ecosystem LAB

Fostering Sustainable Innovation Through Collaboration

A Multidisciplinary Approach to Driving Real-World Impact

Are you driving initiatives that require cross-sector partnerships to achieve shared goals? Or perhaps you are tackling challenges too complex for any organization to solve alone, like CO2 assessments? If so, your project could be the perfect fit for our Mission-Based Ecosystem Lab. Our lab is built for organizations, who understand the power of multi-stakeholder collaboration to drive sustainability. Join us as we explore how mission-driven ecosystems can create systemic change, leading to a more sustainable and resilient future.

What is the Mission-Based Ecosystem Lab?

At the Mission-Based Ecosystem Lab, created in collaboration with SAP, we focus on studying real-world projects that involve multiple stakeholders working together to solve complex sustainability challenges. Our goal is to uncover the success factors and conditions necessary for multi-stakeholder collaboration to thrive. We leverage research-based insights to generate best practices that can guide other projects and industries in creating effective, multi-directed ecosystems.

By combining academic research with the practical insights from industry professionals, we are building a knowledge hub that drives both innovation and sustainable impact, bridging the gap between theory and practice.

Current Projects: Partnering with SAP

One of our key initiatives is a collaboration with SAP. Together, we are exploring the conditions and success factors necessary for effective multi-stakeholder collaboration. This initiative delves deep into how ecosystems can be designed to support sustainability missions, offering insights that other projects can benefit from as well.
